Help answer the question about Trafiic

My Car gets Heated when ever I am in the trafiic jam, I have shown it?
Some times tey say we need to clean the radiator and than they say like there is a small leak in the gas ket of th engine….
If any body can answer what can be the possible reason, that would be a favour….
